Founded by former Division I and NFL coach Jeff Popovich, the agency brings the discipline, leadership, and commitment developed through decades of coaching into the insurance industry. Meet Jeff Popovich
Founder & President
Jeff Popovich is a high-performance leader with over 20 years of experience developing elite athletes, building successful teams, and leading programs in the NFL and major college football. A former defensive back for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Atlanta Falcons, and Barcelona Dragons (NFL Europe), Jeff transitioned into coaching, where he became known for his leadership, culture-building, player development, and strategic approach.
Throughout his coaching career, Jeff served with programs including Georgia Tech, Louisville, Western Michigan, Boise State, FIU, and the Indianapolis Colts, helping develop All-Americans, NFL Draft picks, and nationally recognized defensive and special teams units.
In 2024, Jeff brought the same discipline, dedication, and commitment to serving others into the insurance industry by founding Sp33d Insurance Agency. Built on the values of family, integrity, and loyalty, Sp33d provides cyber liability, commercial, and personal insurance solutions designed to protect what matters most.
As a single father of two daughters, Jeff is committed to building a legacy based on trust, protection, and exceptional service. He brings the same work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership developed on the football field to every client relationship.
